Initial property owners at The Point
residential community are offered the opportunity to become equity members.
Equity members hold an equity position in the Club and may transfer their
membership back to the Club and receive a graduated percentage of the current
membership contribution or what they originally paid, whichever is greater.
Individuals who do not own property at
The Point may join as invitational members. Invitational members have a
100 percent refundability privilege and are recallable.
The following types of membership are
offered at The Point:
Golf Memberships (Equity or
Invitational)
- May use golf, tennis, swimming,
exercise and other recreational and social facilities
- Six-day sign-up privilege to reserve
golf starting times
- Three-day privilege to reserve tennis
court times
- No greens or court fees for the use of
golf and tennis facilities
- Must pay cart fees
Sports Memberships (Equity or
Invitational)
- May use golf, tennis, swimming,
exercise and other recreational and social facilities
- Three-day sign-up privilege to block
and reallocate tee times as to assure reasonable access to the golf course by
sports members
- Must pay greens fees
- Three-day sign-up privilege for tennis
court times
- No court fees
Swim/Tennis Memberships (Equity or
Invitational)
- May use tennis, swimming, exercise and
other recreational and social facilities
- Three-day sign-up privilege to reserve
tennis court times
- No court fees
Community (Invitational) or Social
(Invitational) Memberships
- May use the dining and social
facilities
- May attend Club-sponsored social
events held at the Club
- Do not have access to the golf,
tennis, swimming or exercise facilities
Corporate Golf Memberships
(Invitational)
- Available to ongoing operating
businesses, referred to here as the "entity"
- Memberships are issued in the name of
the entity
- The entity designates one individual
who has the right to use the Club facilities
- The designee’s immediate family
members may also use the facilities
- The designee must be an officer,
director, owner, partner or employee of the entity; must submit an
application; and must be approved prior to use of the Club facilities.
- The designee has the same use
privileges and must pay the same dues, fees and other charges as an
invitational golf member.
